RUSTON, La., April 24, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Origin Bancorp, Inc. (NYSE: OBK) ("Origin"), the holding company for Origin Bank, today announced that on April 24, 2024, its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share of its common stock. The cash dividend will be paid on May 31, 2024, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 15, 2024.
