On October 10, 2019, Origin Bancorp, Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing that on Thursday, October 24, 2019, at 8:00 a.m. Central Time, the Registrant will host an investor conference call and webcast to review its third quarter 2019 financial results. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated herein by reference. The webcast will include a slide presentation which consists of information regarding the Registrant's operations and financial performance. The presentation materials will be posted on the Registrant's website after market close on October 23, 2019.

Origin Bancorp, Inc. Announces Schedule for Third Quarter 2019 Earnings Release and Conference Call
RUSTON, LA, October 10, 2019 - Origin Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: OBNK) (“Origin”), the financial holding company for Origin Bank, plans to issue third quarter 2019 results after the market closes on Wednesday, October 23, 2019, and hold a conference call to discuss such results on Thursday, October 24, 2019, at 8:00 a.m. Central Time (9:00 am Eastern Time). The conference call will be hosted by Drake Mills, Chairman, President and CEO, Steve Brolly, Chief Financial Officer, and Lance Hall, President of Origin Bank.
